Coinbase Urges SEC to be Flexible in RIA Rule-making: Coinbase Chief Legal Officer,Paul Grewal has written a letter to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) urging them to be more flexible in their rule-making regarding Registered Investment Advisors (RIA).
