Ethereum has recently rolled out a new URL standard,called Web3 URLs (enabled by ERC4804),that allows internet users to access decentralized applications (DApps) and NFTs without worrying about centralized censorship. This is the first of its kind for the blockchain and has been proposed as an "HTTPstyle" URL to directly access onchain content. It could be used by those who are at risk of censorship,such as Tornado Cash. Other solutions like IPFS also exist,but they can only link to static content which cannot be changed.
