Berichten zufolge bereitet die Schweiz Notmassnahmen vor, damit die UBS die Credit Suisse ohne die übliche sechswöchige Konsultationsfrist übernehmen kann. Die Schweizerische Nationalbank und die Eidgenössische Finanzmarktaufsicht sehen darin die einzige Möglichkeit, einen Vertrauensbruch in die Credit Suisse zu verhindern.. .

Switzerland is reportedly preparing emergency measures to allow UBS to take over Credit Suisse without the usual sixweek consultation period. The Swiss National Bank and Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority believe that this is the only option to prevent a collapse in confidence in Credit Suisse.
