- Doge Protocol is an upcoming communityrun quantumresistant blockchain project with proofofstake consensus and is under active development.
- One of the important goal of this project is to secure the three largest blockchains BTC, ETH, Doge from quantum computer threats.Doge Protocol will be a unique, industryfirst multifork of Bitcoin, Ethereum, DogeCoin Blockchains and Doge Protocol tokens, to become the Largest Block chain in the World, added with icing on the cake of Quantum Resistance.The first Testnet was released on Feb 2022 and the second Testnet was released on May 2022.
- This testnet uses Falcon as the quantum resistant cryptographic scheme for securing accounts and NTRU HRSS for securing internode communication.
- Mainnet will switch to appropriate quantum resistant schemes, based on ongoing development in the post quantum cryptography world, including round 3 results of the NIST pqc program.
- Mainnet is under active development.Doge Protocol was fairly launched as an Ethereum ERC20 token.
- This token can be used to get corresponding quantum resistant coins as part of mainnet launch.
- As part of the fair launch, there was prior allocation for team or community members, with 100% of liquidity added to the open market during launch.
- The DogeP ERC20 tokens can be converted to quantumresistant blockchain coins, post mainnet.
