Tassat blockchain is joining the Federal Reserve's FedNow payment system as a pilot by providing an API to access the service. The company will serve as a B2B onramp for FedNow,offering interbank and intrabank services. FedNow is expected to launch later this year and will provide realtime gross settlement for domestic transfers. Blockchain adoption is progressing rapidly in banking,with many banks now having some kind of blockchain strategy. Tassat has doubled its number of employees in the past 12 months.
