Do Kwon,the cofounder of Terraform Labs,reportedly appealed the court’s decision to detain him for 30 days in Montenegro after he was caught at the airport using fake documents. His legal representative confirmed the appeal and prosecutors highlighted the possibility of an escape as a reason for extending his detention beyond 72 hours. On March 23,US prosecutors charged Kwon with fraud and market manipulation related to Terra’s collapse.
