The Federal Reserve released an 86page report on March 24th that explains why it denied Custodia Bank's application for membership. According to the report,concerns were raised about the bank’s involvement in crypto markets and its lack of a risk management framework to address highly correlated risks associated with its business model. Custodia Bank has responded by claiming the decision is evidence of the Fed's "shortsightedness and inability to adapt to changing markets".
