Binance responded to a letter from United States Senators requesting information on its operations in the country and its relationship with Binance.US,but the response did not include financial data. According to a report,the exchange sent this data to U.S. regulators separately. The response noted that Binance has implemented Know Your Customer and AntiMoney Laundering policies but failed to address the Senator's concern about lack of transparency. The SEC is currently probing Binance US regarding a transfer of funds from a Binance US account to a trading firm managed by CEO Changpeng Zhao.
