1. قطر د مالی عمل کاری ځواک (FATF) لارښوونو سره سم د خپل کریپټو صنعت تنظیم کولو لپاره ګامونه پورته کړی. د قطر مرکزی بانک د کریپټو کارنسی سوداګرۍ او نورو اړوندو خدماتو له لارې د پیسو مینځلو او ترهګرۍ تمویل مخنیوی لپاره د قانون مسوده افشا کړې.. قانون به هر ډول مجازی شتمنۍ پوښی ، پشمول د یوټیلټی ټوکنونه ، کریپټو کارنسی ، او په نوم یادیږی "کریپټو شتمنۍ." د مقرراتو موخه دا ده چې شفافیت ته وده ورکړی او په ډیجیټل اسعارو کې د غیرقانونی فعالیتونو خطر کم کړی..

3. دا د نړیوال کریپټو ټولنې لپاره ښه خبر دی ځکه چې دا ښیې چې د کریپټو اختیار ډیر دودیز مالی سیسټمونو ته وده ورکوی او د ملی حکومتونو لخوا پیژندل کیږی.. تمه کیږی چې نور هیوادونه به ورته تعقیب او ورته مقررات تصویب کړی ، د کریپټو سوداګرۍ لپاره ډیر قانونی وضاحت چمتو کوی او په ډیجیټل شتمنۍ ځای کې اداری پانګوونې ته وده ورکوی.. په نهایت کې ، دا کولی شی د کریپټو اسعارو اصلی جریان غوره کولو کې مرسته وکړی او د تادیې او ارزښت ذخیره کولو وسیلې په توګه د دوی ګټې زیاتې کړی.. .


1. Qatar has taken action to regulate its crypto industry in compliance with the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) guidelines. Qatar's central bank has revealed the issuance of a draft law to curb money laundering and terrorism financing via cryptocurrency trading and other related services. The law will cover all sorts of virtual assets,including utility tokens,cryptocurrencies,and so-called "crypto assets." The regulation is intended to promote transparency and reduce the risks of illegal activities in the digital currency realm.

2. The new bill covers most of the regulatory measures that are recommended by the FATF,including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) measures,record-keeping and suspicious transaction reporting requirements. With the new regulations,the Qatari government is aiming to promote the development of a secure cryptocurrency marketplace that can help boost the country’s economic growth. Qatar's move towards greater crypto regulation puts it in line with other major jurisdictions working towards creating a comprehensive legal framework to govern the digital asset space.

3. This comes as good news to the global crypto community as it shows that crypto adoption is expanding into more traditional financial systems and being recognised by national governments. It is expected that other countries will follow suit and adopt similar regulations,providing greater legal clarity for crypto businesses and increasing institutional investment in the digital asset space.
